Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply to your use of aicountrymusic.nl and its on-demand player, operated by David van Coolwijk, trading as Boot Scoot Media, KVK 90776356. By using this site or listening to the music, you agree to these terms.

The service

AI Country Music is a free on-demand music platform. You start a listening session yourself and the songs play in an order shuffled for you. No account, subscription, or payment is required. The catalogue, its features, and its availability may change at any time without notice, including being temporarily or permanently discontinued.

Optional account

You can create a free account to keep your playlists on more than one device. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Accounts that are clearly misused may be removed. You can delete yours at any time, and if the account feature is ever discontinued, you'll be able to keep your playlists in your browser.

Content and ownership

The vast majority of the music here is written, composed, and owned by David van Coolwijk. A small number of tracks are public domain works, which have no owner under copyright law (see the FAQ and song catalogue for details). All website content — text, design, branding — is owned by Boot Scoot Media unless otherwise noted.

You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, or resell the music or its contents without permission. Sharing links to the site (for example on social media) is welcomed and encouraged.

AI-generated vocals

As explained throughout this site, the vocal performances here are AI-generated, based on original, hand-written compositions. This is disclosed openly and is not intended to mislead listeners about how the music is made.

Third-party links and services

This site links to third-party services including Spotify and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third parties once you leave this site. Donations made via Ko-fi are subject to Ko-fi's own terms.

No warranty

This site and its music are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation. This is an independent, solo-run project — reasonable effort is made to keep things running smoothly, but no formal service-level guarantees are offered.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boot Scoot Media and David van Coolwijk are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the site evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
